NGO is looking for 2 people to join a training course in Germany.
Project title:“Film for Inclusion–Film as
Universal Language”
Location: Werftpfuhl, Germany
Dates: July 27 – August 4, 2013
Description: Participants from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Estonia, Georgia,
Germany, Moldova, Romania, Spain and Ukraine will take part in the training.
Detailed objectives :

Encourage an open atmosphere and the building of team spirit among the
international participants
Increase participants’ knowledge and appreciation of one another’s culture
Enhance participants’ intercultural skills and tolerance
·
Raise awareness of stereotypes, prejudice and discrimination and find
ways to overcome them
·
Exchange
experiences related to inclusion projects (geared towards
young people with fewer opportunities) and reflect on the possibilities and
limitations of inclusion projects
Empower
and motivate young people to use film and the new media (namely Internet) as a
tool for communication
Develop and create
a film which features inclusion as an opportunity for mutual enrichment and
promotes inclusive activities by and for young people

Inform participants about the Programme YOUTH IN ACTION and its
opportunities

Foster mutual
support and cooperation among the international participants and encourage
the formation of long-term friendship
Profile of participants:
Profile of participants:
Young
people with fewer opportunities living in rural or deprived urban areas and
willing to initiate youth activities and/or youth workers providing support for
young people in rural or deprived urban areas
Age balance: we encourage the participation of two
young people ages 14-18 at the time
of the youth exchange (July 27 – August 4, 2013)
Experience with inclusion projects, experience with or
interest in creating films
Motivation to take part in the training course for its
full duration and engage in the preparation and follow up activities

Ability to communicate in English
Financial conditions: The participants are responsible for 30% of travel costs from Armenia to Germany and 70 euros participation fee. The project will cover 70% of travel costs, visa costs and all staying costs during the project dates. Support will be provided during the visa process.
